Matt is a pioneer. I appreciate his effort to make Google more human and the outreach to publishers. Google after all was using web publisher's data so it made sense to open up a communication channel. Our success was Google's success. At least for me, the relationship did not feel adversarial.

Matt's door was always open. I appreciated the tours at Google and getting to meet the members of his spam team. Those days when you were at Google will always be fondly remembered, they were special indeed.

I'm glad you're working at the US Government, it's good to know that you're there helping to keep our country running. :)
