I've run into Matt a handful of times at conferences. Reached out to him a few times to take care of penalties too. He was always amazing. Always helpful. That's being said, post my days of leading the search team for the biggest poker brand on Earth, I decided to humor Matt and try doing it his way. That was 8 years ago and guess what, every site I touched from then on has ranked amazingly. Turns out it pays more to be a white hat than being on the dark side ;-)
