I spoke on an Ask the SEOs panel with you at SMX. It was my first time meeting you. I hung back because you knew everyone else on the panel much better. Much to my surprise, you seemed to go out of your way to loop me in and make me feel comfortable. You even gave me some little trinket. I forget what it was now, but it was super cute. I put it by my placard. It might seem insignificant, but they say one of the greatest tests of a person's character is how s/he treats someone who can do nothing for you. I had already been impressed by how you treated others on Twitter, but it was reassuring to see it up close and personal. Thank you for being a class act. And I'm very sorry for your tragic loss. :(
