Matt has helped me in 2006, when there was a problem with my local listings. The listings were all correct but the website was competitors website, when he took questions from Pubcon I asked him that he asked me to come meet him after the session, went to him after that, he wrote down the details and said he will give it to the team to fix it, I thought it will never happen:) but after 2 weeks I got a call from Google they fixed it.

Year after year whenever I go to Pubcon or meet Matt, we will do video interviews.

In 2013, in Pubcon, I went with him to the airport in the cab and interviewed him
