10 years ago during a SMX Advanced I bumped into Matt while getting coffee in hotel. I knew who he was and he knew I knew. I made a comment about how like everyone, I had a question. I was hesitant to ask because it was his down time away from the conference. Matt said no worries, and we talked about a Google maps issue I was having for a client. He took my card and a week later he reached out to introduce me to the Googler who could help fix the issue. Matt took the time to listen and help even though it wasn't his area of expertise. Then a year later at the after party of another Advanced he asked me if everything was taken care of the previous year. I was blown away by his memory. Matt said it matters to me so it should matter to him. Thank you Matt you all that you do /did for all of us.
