Matt has always been extremely gracious to me from posing for a photo at a conference to taking the time after a long Q&A session to speak with me one on one about some issues I was having with a group of sites. He actually assured me that Google would take quite different action than I was concerned it would take and really allayed my fears. I really appreciate the time he took after what was a long session and a lot of questions afterward to speak to me one one one and give me advice which ultimately not only supported the advice I had been giving my employer for quite a while on the "right" way to do things, but that gave me a big "win" and support that doing things the right way ultimately outweighs trying tricks, hacks, etc.
