First time I met Matt in person was at SMX and right after introducing myself, I was partly nervous if he knew me or not. Because if he did, you never know if it is a good reason or a bad reason. I was nervous of the bad reasons. Well it looks like he didn't know me *whew*, but in that first face to face conversation which I cannot even remember what I asked, but I remember that he was surprisingly very accommodating and always had the best answers compared to any other Googler I know. Online he had some of the quickest replies and also if something seems wrong, he is one of the people that takes quick action. Many SEOs say when you hear statements from Google, it can be 50% true or 50% false. But when Matt used to say it, I believe it was 55% true, 30% he just didn't know and was guessing, but was a good guess and 15% false.
